The bank is developing a process to manage 3rd party relationships and the risks that may arise from these supplier arrangements with regards to 'Treating Customers Fairly' (TCF) legislation. The role is to asses, design, build and implement processes whereby risks associated with the bank's TCF responsibilities can be raised and effectively managed in order to mitigate risk to the bank. This will involve business process analysis and design, cross divisional stakeholder management and project management in order to deliver the defined benefit on time and to budget.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will;
- have strong business process analysis skills
- be a strong project manager
- ideally be a Prince2 Practitioner
- have an understanding of TCF in a retail bank setting, or at a minimum have prior knowledge of regulatory implementation
- be a competent user of project related software
