HR Generalist

Temp ⁄ 12 month FTC, up to £35,000 per year

As an HRGeneralist you will be providing advice and guidance across the business to line managers as well as the HR Support team. By building and maintaining networks with relevant hospitality employment and temporary staff agencies, you will create best fit in calibre of recruits.You will be supporting and guiding operational managers in best practice in performance management, improvement and development, and keep up to date with latest HR legislation.

Who we're looking for
• CIPD qualified
• Previous experience of working in the hospitality sector
• A solid background in Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance Management, Induction and Orientations well as other operational responsibilities
• Prepared to be flexible with hours worked
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
