Not your average customer engagement role, this position will ask you to create, manage and analyse customer communications across the broad demographic range of this premium and designer watch retailer. Working predominantly with www.thewatchgallery.co.uk and www.thewatchut.co.uk you will be well versed in building email campaigns to engage with both fashion shoppers and a luxury, prestige brand audience.
As CRM Manager for DM London, you will be asked to step between the worlds of fast-paced consumer ecommerce and high-value engagement driven campaigns representing some of the world's most prestigious watch brands. You will be used to driving footfall into stores and traffic to websites. What really needs getting to grips with is the monetisation of the interactions with potential and current customers. Intelligent and innovative data capture and the development of segmented CRM will fuel your contact strategy and lead generation campaigns.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have significant CRM experience within a multi-channel environment, ideally with luxury exposure. This is the base operational skill set for this role. This experience may have been gained in an agency, but will more likely be found client side. You will be well versed in the entire email marketing process, from conception and delivery, through to segmentation, analysis and testing. That is the easy bit.
The more complicated attribute will be the way you think. You will be full of ideas, continually and creatively devising imaginative ways of communicating with customers. You will understand the way high net worth individuals like to purchase their goods and will be able to contact them accordingly.
A confident person, you will be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers of all levels. Highly numerate and literate, you will be able to display your past success clearly and engagingly at interview stage.

With a history of supplying the likes of Selfridges and John Lewis with their watch ranges both in store and online, DM London have stores, concessions and a number of websites.
This is a new role within DM London, and comes at a time of substantial growth for this highly successful business which has recently acquired both The Watch Gallery (consisting of a store in Fulham and www.thewatchgallery.co.uk) and www.thewatchhut.co.uk (a leading independent designer watch website).
