The Interim Reward Advisor will operate as part of a small team and be responsible for:
• A primary point of contact for staff and benefit providers regarding Employee Benefits applications and process.
• Provide guidance and assistance to staff on their Employee Benefits plans.
• Develop, recommend, and install approved, new, or modified plans and employee benefit policies.
• Conduct annual review of Benefits provision, including brokerage of key benefits: Group Life, Long Term Sickness, Private Medical Insurance.
• Monthly administration of the Flexible Benefits platform
• Reporting
• Total Reward Statements
• Assessing efficiencies, cost, process, management
• Making Flex an attractive benefit whilst maximising cost efficiencies
• Produce flexible benefits communication as required
• Company Cars
And will also be responsible for assisting with:
• Review current salary structure
• Market competitiveness
• Salary Benchmarking
• Equal Pay
• Salary Review Process
• Recognition
• SPS, Cross-sell, Shares: Linking to performance management processes
• Grading structure
• Evaluate current approach, specifically Support & TUPE staff
• Linking grades more effectively to role profiles and benefit entitlements
This role is for 12 months and candidates need to be able to start within the next 6 weeks.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Reward professional with experience in most of the above areas.
