Part time HR Manager

As HR Manager you will be instrumental in the development and subsequent management of the new talent strategy to service the organisations evolution into a world-class innovation centre. You will be Influential at all levels, the post holder will have immediate responsibility for day to day operational HR activities and for designing and delivering a new organisational structure, supporting strategic and operational HR policies and procedures and for managing and progressing the HR function through continuous innovation and improvement

Who we're looking for
?X Fully CIPD qualified or equivalent qualification/experience<BR>?X Knowledge of coaching principles that deliver improved leadership capability
?X Some experience of influencing and delivering a People Plan to support strategy and business objectives
?X Worked in a complex organisation with a successful track record of delivery
?X Have experienced the introduction of transformational change within a knowledge-based environment
