Multi Channel Designer

To produce multi channel retail design communications and print ready artwork in line with marketing strategy to help increase company sales and income.
• Design and production of customer facing website pages, banner ads, flash animation, e-mails, social media and other digital collateral.
• Design and artworking of in-store POS, window posters, leaflets, brochures, press advertisements, press packs and internal communications from brief to signed off print ready PDFs.
• Analysis of web data to understand user behaviour and make recommendations around design and user flow.
• Artworking to existing creative templates.
• Creation and adaptation of leaflets, POS material and digital collateral templates.
• Maintenance of product image library and campaign archive.
• Quality control and proofing of work produced (working with printers and agency as required)
• Cutting out and re-purposing of images.
• Work on standalone projects and joint campaigns with external agencies (ours and suppliers).
Who we're looking for
• Experience of a similar design role with a passion for online.
• Complete knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and Flash, Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, multi variant testing and site user flow.
• Previous experience working in retail or related field: particularly high volume POS, promotional leaflets, and digital assets.
• Customer and commercially focussed, can-do attitude.
• Great inter-personnel skills and team worker.
• An in-depth knowledge of the pre-production and print process.
• A great attention to detail.
• Highly organised with an ability to handle several projects at once, work to deadlines and effectively prioritise workload.
• To effectively follow and interpret creative templates and brand guidelines.
• Experience of designing for tablet, mobile and email deployments advantageous.
