HR Projects Consultant

As the HR Projects Consultant, based in London City, your role will be responsible for delivering self funding efficiency and effectiveness improvements within the Global HR function. The role will take the form of short, high intensity projects, that quickly deliver cost savings and / or employee experience benefits. You will be training parts of the HR function and senior management in processes and applications. International travel to the Far East, India and the Middle East will be needed.

Who we're looking for
• Ex Big 4 consultancy background where you reached mid level consultant to junior manager level
•A good track record of process re-engineering. PeopleSoft HR (or similar) implementations and training users will be needed
• HR exposure preferred
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Commercially aware
