You will be responsible for managing IT Operations team, responsible for a team of 15 in house staff, this includes the Service desk team, 3rd line and operations team. You will also be responsible for managing the outsourced contract team.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing a IT Operations team, you will be responsible for owning and overseeing the development of the service management processes, incident and request management, problem management and change management. In addition to the management of the team you will be responsible for IT budget.
