This UK based luggage business with global customers requires an experienced office based Sales Operations Manager to improve both sales and efficiency within their business.
This role is based in the Essex head office

Who we're looking for
Key attributes necessary for the successful candidate will be

- Excellent PC skills

- Administrative & Organisation skills including experience of implementing new systems

- A methodical approach ensuring all personnel ad here to the processes in the business

- A desire to be hands on and to get involved in detail within all areas of the sales dept

- An ability to motivate and challenge the existing sales team to improve both sales and morale

What's on offer
£40,000-60,000 basic salary + up to 20% bonus + £5,000 car allowance
