Warranty Analyst

The key challenges and responsibilities of this role are:

• Analyse warranty data and identify trends in order to reduce warranty spend.
• Identify and control flow of parts within established timelines to enable NMHG to recover defective part costs from vendors.
• Assist with the processing of warranty claims ensuring compliance with NMHG policies and procedures.
• Assist team with regard to implementation of a new warranty system.
• Assist team with administration associated with new brand - UTILEV.

Who we're looking for
Knowledge required:

• Degree in education in Mechanics, Engineering, Electronics or IT.
• Technical understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems, engines and transmissions.
• Excellent PC/Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to analyse data, accurately.
• Second language in French, German or Italian would be an advantage
• Team player who shows initiative.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritise workload in order to meet strict deadlines.
