Reporting to the Head of Marketing at Bluewater, the Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for creating and delivering the agreed marketing calendar in terms of ATL, PR, Direct Marketing, Digital Media and marketing collateral within budget and on deadline. Your core aims are to deliver increased footfall and therefore retail sales, through creative and impactful marketing communications campaigns, which clearly show Bluewater as a major destination within the South East. Whether it be driving traffic at key times such as during the festive period, or daily shopping / leisure activities, your strategy will be central to the ongoing success of the centre.

Who we're looking for
The suitable candidate will have a strong track record in external communications. This will ideally come from within the retail or leisure industry, ensuring a working understanding of the sector. You must have previously led strategy development which has encompassed through the line marketing - including DM, TV, radio, press, online/digital, CRM and PR. You will have line management experience whist being able to action strategy yourself and have a flexible, can-do attitude to work.
