Team Leader- New Product Development

As Team Leader the candidate will drive the delivery of projects bringing exciting products to market in the UK, directly supporting the achievement of company milestones and objectives. This will be achieved by effective leadership and building capability within the new product team through continual development and coaching.

Who we're looking for
• Preferably Degree qualified in an Engineering subject
• Experienced in leading new product development/ science based/ technical projects where you have taken a lead role in managing these from concept to delivery.
• Experienced in successfully running a small team around NPD
• Able to demonstrate business acumen and commercial mindedness in order to translate innovative R&D developments into customer focused, product leading end products.
• Ability to resolve customer issues, overcome problems within projects and demonstrate influence over key stakeholders and cross functional teams both within and outside a technical discipline and at all levels within the company structure.
