Are you a Senior Scientist or R&D Technical professional wanting an exciting role in one of the worlds largest manufacturers? This role is key to the Technical Departments continued and future success and continued customer satisfaction. As Project Leader- New Product Development the successful candidate willLead cross functional teams and translate the needs of my clients customer, in order to develop market leading products.

Who we're looking for
• A Scientist/ Technical R&D professional with at least some experience of driving new product development
• Experienced candidate in leading NPD/ Science based/ technical projects from cradle to grave.
• Ability to resolve issues and influence key stakeholders and team leaders
• Capability to deliver results through out-standing organisational and influencing skills

About our client
My main Manufacturing client based near Loughborough requires a Project Leader- New Product Development.
