Forming an essential part of the services team, this position will undertake a variety of tasks, ensuring that all aspects of building management are carried out to the highest standard. This will incorporate routine repairs, service contracts, planned and major works, maintenance and project works. The main office will be in Central London, however, due to the nature of the role the candidate will be required to travel across the UK.

Who we're looking for
In order to be considered for this role you must:
• Be HNC/HND qualified or equivalent with a solid understanding of building technology and excellent contract management skills.
• Have a strong level of experience working within construction or building maintenance
• Be able to write specs for minor work contracts
• Be able to identify and decrease risk
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• IT literate in Microsoft Office, especially excel
