Our client, a global investment bank, have an opportunity for an individual currently working in the UK to relocate abroad and join their private banking audit team in Singapore.

Key roles will be:
o identifying the risks in the business areas and assessing the adequacy of internal control procedures.
o identifying key controls to manage business risks.
o performing audit testing to ensure that controls are working satisfactorily and identifying weaknesses where they are not.
o generating practical recommendations to address control weaknesses and discussing recommendations with local management.
o reporting our findings to the board, the business and local management.
o following-up on actions taken by the business to address audit issues.

Who we're looking for
Our client are looking for an exceptionally bright individual with a proven track record, preferably with another large bank but candidates from smaller organisations will be considered. Experience auditing private banking is essential although if the candidate's audit plan includes some other businesses, ie corporate banking, they will be considered too.
