For this VP - Collateral Management and Valuations opportunity in Birmingham you will be responsible for managing the Product Control Group as well as performing the Business Management functions. This particularCollateral Management function is responsible for one of the largest, most complex and most global programs in the market. With the collateral assets under management commanding a significant position in the market, coupled with the explosive growth in demand for our clients product the Collateral Management group continues to offer diverse and challenging roles.

Who we're looking for
For this VP - Collateral Management and Valuations position successful candidates must have/be:
Experienced in collateral management or Futures or Options is essential.
Detailed understanding of collateral management and credit risk mitigation.
Proven leadership experience.
Excellent communication skills and able to deal with escalations from clients.
Demonstrate managing a tight control control environment and implementing improvements to this.
Ability and willingness to work and perform in a challenging, fast paced environment.
