We are looking for a Workplace Strategy Lead to be based in Londonwho will be the main point of contact for the client and will be responsible for driving implementation of the Workplace Strategy solution out through the business and we are looking for a deputy who can manage the program on a more operational basis.

Who we're looking for
The following is an non-exhaustive list of general responsibilities.

· Co-ordination and development of the workplace solution

· Data collection and analysis (with business representatives)

· Design and development of implementation solutions covering technology, telephony, workplace design, policy changes, and the change and communications process

· Ensuring solutions are compatible with client and department standards and policies

· Responsible for data collection and delivery to team/stakeholders

· Co-ordinates key meetings with business, including change management activities
· Monitors team workshop attendance and information delivery in workshops

· Administrative responsibility for move / implementation co-ordination within the business

· Works with Change & Communications Lead on communications planning and design - provides information on available channels for communication

· Advisory and assistance in developing content for communications under guidance of Change and Communications Lead
