Based in Swindon the Sales Insight Manager will be responsible for compiling and analysing sales insight material from both the telephony channel and also the e-commerce side of the business. This role will be responsible for providing feedback on past and current campaigns, and collating and presenting information regarding strategy that will be used to shape improvements in future campaigns.
Who we're looking for
The successful Sales Insight Manager will live near (or be relocatable to) Swindon, must be able to demonstrate a solid background in providing sales insight across multiple channels (especially telephony) and must also have the following competencies:
Ability to present, communicate and influence at all levels,
Qualitative and/or quantitative research experience (e.g. experience of FRS, e_Benchmarkers, CACI, Snap)
Digital and e-mail marketing experience,
Analytics skills(adobe/omniture, IBM/Coremetrics etc)
Financial modelling and target setting,
Knowledge of typical tools and programs within the data and insight discipline.
