Banking Lawyer

This is a rare role in the current market and the successful candidate will be joining a thriving general banking team dealing with the full range of banking work including: drafting and negotiating bilateral and syndicated loan documentation (based on the LMA form); security and hedging documentation; coordinating and leading on all aspects of a lending transaction - successfully ensuring that bank and borrower deadlines are met whilst minimising risk and dealing will all aspects of insolvency including the appointment of administrators and LPA receivers.
This is an established 5 partner team operating from Edinburgh, Glasgow and London with excellent quality work and a good team environment. This is firm which has an excellent reputation.

Who we're looking for
You will have 1-6 years of pqe and an excellent understanding of banking law. You will be enthusiastic, a good communicator and keen to work in a team environment.

We require a lawyer who has gained the necessary experience for the position advertised. The PQE identified on this advertisement is a guide only and does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.
