Maven Capital Partners UK LLP ("Maven") is an independent private equity business. Previously the private equity division of Aberdeen Asset Management, Maven provides funding for management buy-outs, buy-and-build projects, acquisitions and mezzanine finance for fast-growing companies throughout the UK private and small cap arena.

Maven manages or advises on circa £280 million for a variety of companies and client funds and provides the full range of investment management and administration services to its client base.

The current role, which is likely to be based in the Glasgow or Edinburgh offices of Maven, has arisen due to expansion. Working with the current team of two qualified company secretaries, the successful candidate will have primary responsibility for providing company secretarial services to the firm's investment trust clients. You will be the first point of client contact and will report directly into the Maven partner responsible for administration.

Who we're looking for
You will be appropriately qualified and have a broad range of company secretarial experience with a focus on dealing with investment funds. You will also be keen to have a client-facing role and to take responsibility for providing a top tier service to Maven's investment trust clients.
