This role reports to the Sales Director and is a senior member of the UK sales team. You'll own the performance of the grocery channel in it's entirety with the scope of the role encompassing 2 direct reports and revenue responsibility for roughly 30% of company turnover. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global player in the sector; their brands are well established and highly regarded, and they do business with the majority of leading players in the retail sector. There are opportunities for growth in the UK, and given the Group's global reach, career opportunities overseas are plentiful if employees are mobile

We're open to category experience from Frozen Food to Electricals, this is more about your Grocery channel understanding and track record, leadership style andpotential to make a difference for our climate in today's challenging retail landscape.

What's on offer
• Salary: commensurate with experience<BR>• Bonus: based on 20% of base salary; bonus based on individual and Company performance, with ability to overachieve this target (40%)
