The International Assistant Business Manager will be based in London but will also be required to undergo extensive travelling in order to establish and develop emerging markets and new opportunities. The role involves driving the sales and profitability of both this Retailer and your Franchise partner's business. You will have sole responsibility for a market & provide support to a Business Manager in a multi -store or partner role. You will be responsible for: managing the OTB and stock provision process; space planning; policing CVs, visual standards and brand guidelines; driving marketing strategies & monitoring partner lead times for your own partner & supporting BM.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for the International Assistant Business Manager position will
* Currently be at a Senior AM level
* Have Merchandising and Retail experience. Working knowledge of International markets would be highly beneficial.
* Have strong written, analytical and verbal communication skills enable you to quickly build credibility, both cross-functionally and externally.
*Thrive under pressure, being able to meet and achieve tight deadlines, and respond to changing priorities.
