As the Interim Senior HR Advisor, you will deliver HR advice and support across the Group, with a primary focus on the International side of the business where you will be facilitating HR best practice in processes and procedures, predominantly in South America and the US for an employee base of approximately 450+ employees. You will act as the main point of contact for HR queries for non UK locations whilst providing advice and guidance to managers and supervisors on interpretation of company policy.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will ideally have International experience, either in a large or SME organisation. You must be able to prioritise your own workload as well as that of your team and most importantly, have the flexibility to travel frequently to South America and Europe. The role is to start immediately.
