Head of Account Management

In this newly created role the Head of Account Management will lead UK account management team focusing on creation and execution of the account management strategy.Your key objective will be to ensure that Client's relationships are developed and strengthened through continuous added value.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Leadership, development and motivation of the account management team;
• Liaising with operational counterparts to ensure quality customer service delivery;
• Managing and expanding client relationship;
• Managing contract renewals and pricing negotiations;
• Identifying new opportunities within existing client base.

Who we're looking for
As an accomplished leader you'll be adept at balancing your natural strengths, leadership and success orientation with a strong appreciation of the importance of service and delivery. Comfortable leading through intellect, by example and through your people, it's likely you will currently be leading a business unit that focuses on managing existing accounts.You will therefore be able to evidence a strong understanding of how to successfully drive performance and service delivery. Ideally you will be familiar with NetPromoter system and have a proven track record of increasing number of Promoters within your client base.
Typical industry backgrounds that we're interested in candidates applying from include: Business Process Outsourcing and Software as a Service. A good understanding of Outsourced Payroll and/or HR space will be advantageous.
It is likely you can demonstrate the ability to build robust growth through innovation and we're seeking a degree of analytical capability covering reporting and presenting. Finally a real passion for coaching, mentoring and leading is key.
