Customer Supply Manager

As Customer Supply Manager you will be responsible to drive a more collaborative Supply Chain from working closely with the major retailers to understand sales forecasts to ensure availability of product. You will drive the demand planning processes to ensure forecasting accuracy and report and action root cause analysis on any variance to plans to improve service levels.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate must possess:
• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Proven track record working within a retail head office function / FMCG background within a commercial role with an understanding of demand planning / supply planning.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with key stakeholders to drive better processes across supply chain.
• Good understanding of MRP systems and possess good excel skills.
