This role is broad ranging in remit and as a newly created position will allow the successful candidate to mould and shape the content further. In brief the role will encompass the following areas:
Production and interpretation of management accounting information, monthly management accounts combined with ad hoc analytical work.
Forecasting on a monthly, quarterly and ad hoc basis and liaison with budget holders
Budget planning and setting with input into longer term business plans.
Development of standard costing information and comparisons against actuals and conducting variance analysis.

Who we're looking for
Qualified or Finalist (ACA / CIMA / ACCA ) with previous experience of costing and production of management accounts.
Strong communication skills, in particular the ability to communicate finance to non finance managers.
Experience of working within a retail or wholesale environment would be a distinct advantage
