The role will include the following duties:
1. Assist the Marketing Manager with the strategic planning and implementation of Marketing activities,
2. Responsible for creation and implementation of PR/Advertising plan,
3. Responsible for creation and implementation of eMarketing plan, including development and content management/updating of company website, email communications (campaigns, eBulletins, eNewsletters) social media strategy, search engine optimisation (SEO) and online advertising campaigns (PPC)
4. Development of effective internal and external communications tools for staff, agents and customers including the internal Company newsletter
5. Liaise closely with external agencies - graphic design, web development, Branding, PR etc
6. Liaising with cross-departmental internal teams
7. Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager to drive diversification initiatives, identify target markets, devise appropriate Marketing tactics to fulfil BDM / Sales targets
8. Project management of Events including international Exhibitions and Agents' Conferences, including necessary support / tools for Sales Managers and Agents
9. Creation of Sales and Marketing collateral including product literature, brochures and catalogues, point of sale display material, exhibition design, advertisement design, promotional items
