Regional Consumer Product Development Manager

• Complete product life cycle from ideation with the business teams through to development, delivery of the completed product to the business and post product reporting, monitoring and revisions as needed.
• The lifecycle will follow established global Product Development processes and procedures with concepts based on quantitative and qualitative research, and engagement of all key business functions.
• Delivery of wording, product definitions, management of legal and compliance review, OGIS set-up, internal/external product positioning and a structured post product review and refinement process.

Who we're looking for
• MBA in Marketing or equivalent - essential
• Knowledge in insurance / financial services environment
• Understanding of the insurance and business operational environment .
• Understanding and experience of Consumer Marketing principles
• Strong Analytic- risk analysis skills
• Proactive and high level of energy
• Good problem solving ability
• Innovative / creative
• Driven to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Good Project Management skills
• At ease with Numbers / Metrics / Budget
• Strong sense of Organisation
