Head of CRM

As the Head of CRM you will be responsible for the customer database to improve retention, increase spend and develop high value customers. My client, a well known retail brand with over 600 stores as well as the online shop, has recently launched a new loyalty card,and thus you will be responsible for the development of the annual CRM plan incorporating all customer touch points based on the customer data.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Influencing cross functionally the multi-channel delivery of the loyalty programmes as part of the on-going promotional and media planning, to drive improved loyalty, customer frequency and average customer transaction value.
• Continuous review of campaign activity to make recommendations to the business
•Develop CRM programme through introducing customer profiling, segmentation, retention, cross selling and up selling methods
• Define and set loyalty programme KPIs

Who we're looking for
• Proven experience of Managing B2C Loyalty Programmes / Loyalty Card Schemes
• Proven experience in strategic marketing planning and delivery
•Experience in multi-channel CRM programmes including both store and online retail
• Highly analytical
• Leadership and influencing skills. Ability to communicate effectively on a cross functional basis.
• Strong customer and sales focus
