This is a newly created role for a Risk Analyst, which involves developing a business continuity framework, based in London West End in an Investment Management company.
The role will report directly to the Group Risk Manager;
Responsibilities:

Ensure that all businesses within the Group review and update their Business Impact Analysis and their Business Continuity and Recovery plans at least annually.
Produce quarterly status reports on progress against the Groups Business Continuity Programme.
Maintain and develop standard Business Continuity documentation templates.
Support the annual schedule of Incident Management Team desktop exercises.
Co-ordinate and deliver the annual schedule of business level workplace exercises and support technical recovery exercises.
Liaise with IT projects to ensure that all new projects are considered for impacts on the Groups Business Continuity framework.
Review and report on other Business Risks where appropriate, including supporting the Group Risk Manager with Quarterly reporting to the Risk Management Committee and Risk Committee.
Provide guidance to businesses within the Group on Business Continuity and act as an advocate when appropriate.

Who we're looking for
Business Continuity experience is required for this role. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they have a broad range of experience across the full business continuity cycle.
Experience of working within a financial services business.
