Use your experience as an HR Business Partner to join a London based Technology firm that has seen rapid growth over the last 18 months. You will be required to consult senior stake holders regarding organisational structure, succession planning with a strong focus on Employee Relations. After a strong financial result over the last half year, my client has a focus on staff retention.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have experience within the Technology sector, preferably as an HR Business Partner. They will have had exposure to strategic planning and enjoy working closely with internal stake holders. High attention to detail and an understanding of how the HR function can impact the bottom line are crucial for this role. This role is a rolling contract and looking to start as soon as possible.
