To provide property support to our education team both in relation to the successful candidate's own caseload and the supervision of junior lawyers. Your principle role will be to deal with the property aspects of schools' conversion to Academy status, and ongoing work in the education sector.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• providing advice on time and to a high standard of technical competence in a broad range of commercial property matters, in particular in relation to schools' conversion to Academies status and ongoing work in the education sector;

• alongside the partner and other senior members of the team, supervising more junior lawyers;

• alongside the rest of the team and with the support of the marketing department, developing new business through the growth of existing clients of the firm and winning new clients through pitches, tenders and other marketing.

We require a lawyer who has gained the necessary experience for the position advertised. The PQE identified on this advertisement is a guide only and does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.
