As Financial Performance Analyst, you will provide financial and commercial insight and challenge as part of the wider Financial Performance team, and also work closely with the sales and marketing senior managers.

In this business partnering analytical role, it will be essential to drive the financial performance of the business, through monitoring performance and providing challenge. You will provide business management with financial analysis and insight to add value and help effective decision-making.

• Produce financial modelling of business cases to enable decision making around change programmes and deals
• Provide oversight of deals and supply contracts from a financial perspective to ensure they are performing appropriately
• Develop a realistic but stretching 3 year plan, gaining ownership from business management for targets and delivery
• Drive the performance of change, ensuring that costs and benefits meet budget
• Follow on from the monthly reporting packs in providing a concise summary of performance against key objectives, key risks and opportunities and which drives discussion and action at a senior level

Who we're looking for
I am looking for a strong analyst/ business partner, from a large company background, who is a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Strong Financial Modelling skills will be essential to this role, plus commercial mindset, driven to succeed, and of course strong analytical skills.
