UK Sales Manager - Specialist Defence Products will be responsible for:
• Selling a range of military specification Thermal vision systems, Night Vision and Optical Sights to military, law enforcement and security customers.
• Strategic business development and key account management.
• Building empathy andproduct demonstrationsdirect with users of equipment through to negotiating contracts to supply with senior procurement teams.
• Researching and developing new routes to market for company.
• Growth of the UK market.

Who we're looking for
• Ideally have experience in military market with procurement Project Teams and at a user level.
• Background in electro optical / optical equipment sales preferable.
• Excellent new business and relationship building skills.
• Proactive and be comfortable within a consultative sales process.
• Able to demonstrate track record of sales success.
• Ideally located in the South East.

Due to expansion an excellent opportunity for a UK Sales Manager - Specialist Defence Products to continue and further develop growth of sales within the UK.
