Production Manager

The Production Manager is responsible for managing a structured unit of 40-60 people, utilising the available resources in a cost effective and timely manner. The remit will include:

• Maximising productivity through effective management of KPI's, development of cell supervisors and hands on people management.
• Maintaining consistency of product quality in line with the high standards by the business.
• Championing a culture of continuous improvement.

Who we're looking for
You will have a strong background inpeople leadership and developmentand have a demonstrable track record within an assembly, heavy engineering or automotive manufacturing environments. You will be a natural leader, cost and quality conscious with a real desire to improve both yourself and the team.

What's on offer
£45,000 to £55,000 plus benefits.
