Senior Sales Executive

Electronics Controls

As the Senior Sales professional within the business you will be responsible for leading and managing new sales development, both within UK and worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Being responsible for directing the company turnover upwards;
• Identifying, researching and reporting on market trends and changes in buying habits within the market place;
• Leading strategic development projects;
• Creating and promoting strong sales led offers to generate new business leads;
• Proactively sourcing and identifying new business opportunities and sectors;
• Providing bid and tendering support including costing, commercial proposition development and project management;
• Delivering management and financial reports as required;
• Developing detailed sales plans, budgets and forecasts for presentation to the Board;
• Providing inspirational leadership to the sales team and ensuring a comprehensive coverage across all market sections;
• Structuring sales team to ensure talent is best deployed in high growth target markets;
• Working with the Marketing Manager to deliver the required marketing for sales.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate must be passionate and proactive in driving the Company forward. In addition, the candidate must be a strong leader, extremely well organised, meticulous and possess excellent written, verbal communication and IT skills.

You will be of graduate calibre and a proven Sales professional with a demonstrable track record of success, ideally gained in the electronic controls industry. You will be a strong leader who is able to motivate and develop existing account management teams. Equally important is an exceptional commercial awareness together with strong interpersonal skills. Candidates must have experience of operating at a Senior/Director level within a fast moving company. This is an outstanding opportunity for you to make a real impact in a high growth market sector.

After successful completion of a probationary period, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to become the Sales Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for a consummate sales professional to work within a growing and thriving company.

What's on offer
£55,000/£60,000 basic salary + Car + OTE Bonus + BUPA.
