New Product Development (NPD) Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you will drive the delivery of projects bringing exciting new products to our client's UK market, directly supporting the achievement of company objectives and strategic drive towards innovation. You will accomplish this through effective leadership and by building the capabilities within your team through continuous development and coaching.

Who we're looking for
Suitable applicants will be:
• Experienced in leading New Product Development / science based / technical projects where you have taken a lead role in managing these from concept through to delivery.

• Experienced in running a team successfully on a daily basis with some element of coaching and development to achieve a team objective.

• Able to demonstrate business acumen and commercial mindedness in order to translate innovative R&D developments into customer focused, product leading end products.

• Able to resolve issues, overcome obstacles and demonstrate influence over key stakeholders and cross functional teams from departments both within and outside a technical discipline and at all levels within the company structure.
