Direct Marketing Assistant

To manage the day-to-day operations of campaigns, including writing briefs, circulating artwork, coordinating with all external suppliers, managing the agreed budget, ensuring internal approval processes are complied with (Fundraising, Operations, Communications, legal and financial) and agreeing final sign-off with Line Manager prior to implementation. Maintain up to date and accurate files for all campaigns to enable tracking of performance to drive future activity and undertake post campaign analysis for wrap up reports.

To manage the day to day budget for specific campaigns, raise Purchase Orders and manage invoices and quotes in consultation with line manager.

Co-ordinate and project manage gaming, cash or other campaigns as requested by the Direct Marketing Manager, Cash giving.

To manage the ongoing operations image library, include loading new intellectual properties onto the system and managing key-words in an appropriate manner. Controlling access to the image library, by others throughout the organisation, ensuring the appropriate use and distribution of pictures and video.

Who we're looking for
Excellent time management and organisational skills. Attention to detail, literacy and numeracy skills. Project management. PC skills.
Experience of working in a busy environment with a variety of tasks to be delivered. Administration experience.
Competent in excel, word, PowerPoint and Microsoft office.
