To manage the cash donor campaign programme including acquisition and retention strategies. Undertake post campaign analysis in order to help drive future activity.

To manage the raffle and lottery campaign programme, including acquisition and retention strategies. Undertake post campaign analysis in order to help drive future activity. Ensure all Gambling Commission procedures are adhered to and keep Gambling Commission knowledge is kept up to date.

The post holder will be responsible for managing the day to day relationship with the agency responsible for the external facilitation of the Raffle & Lucky Lottery programme. Work closely with creative agency and other external suppliers

To manage all cold acquisition/direct marketing activities (inserts, door drops, adverts) to promote recycling.

Explore new ways of cash giving such as SMS, multi-channel and virtual gifts

To be responsible for monitoring the raffle/cash appeal budget, ensuring the financial processes and systems are adhered to, and to provide the Cash Giving Manager with accurate budget information to influence strategic development, planning and forecasting.

Who we're looking for
Well-organised, and able to maintain a number of projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal, communication skills. Literacy, numeracy skills and experience of using word, excel, Microsoft office and PowerPoint
The post holder must have experience of working in Direct Marketing and have experience of handling a sizeable budget.
. Knowledge of dealing with agencies and some experience of print and production.
