This is an exciting new role that our client has introduced to help improve efficiency and drive productivity in this fast paced food manufacturing facility. As Continuous Improvement Manager you will be charged with project managing continuous improvement delivery, specifically regarding to increasing quality and increasing production output.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering improvement projects acrossthe Food sector and will ideally have experience in production/operations or manufacturing. This candidate will ideally be degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject such as Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or Food Science.

Our Client is a Large food manufacturer in the Bristol, Gloucester, Somerset area.
