Sales Manager

Telecommunications

Permanent ⁄ £45000 - £60000

You will have full control of their telesales team and the strategy and direction it takes. You will coach and mentor your team to ensure that the maximum productivity per head is achieved. You will be responsible for the recruitment and training of your team and have ownership of setting your team's individual KPI's. You will monitor their daily activities and ensure procedures and plans are executed to enable the maximum output from the team. On the client side, you will manage the CRM system ensuring the client is receiving the best experience and service available and also to enable any growth opportunities within these accounts to be realised.

Who we're looking for
- You will have a strong background in managing a team within a telesales environment
- A background in Telecommunications is the preference but a general technology background would be considered if there isa proven background within managing a telesales team
- A background in managing and implementing a successful CRM system
- Must be commutable to London
- You will be a strong leader who is happy to make changes in order to see improved efficiency and productivity
