Production Manager

• Implement and achieve production target.
•Discuss and organise weekly production planning.
•Organise the staff for daily production.
•Discuss and organise with Eng. Department for maintenance of all machines.
•Organise the daily/ weekly and monthly cleaning programme.
•Motivate the staff to achieve the factory standards.
•Follow the production plan and prepare the lines for production.
•Check and organise the proper stock rotation.
• Set the packaging machines according to the production specifications.
•Palletise the finish products for dispatch.
•Drive the folk lift as and when required keeping in view the safety of the operation.
•Organise and achieve daily production target.

Who we're looking for
As the Production Manager you will:
• Performance - manage the development and achievement of all key performance targets in area of control. Develop appropriate systems and controls to ensure that all production is efficiently planned, whilst achieving all safety, quality, costs and performance requirements. • Quality - ensure systems are developed and utilised to achieve the Princes technical compliance standards and improve and achieve GMP standards.
• Culture Development - facilitate the development of an open and productive culture where people take pride & responsibility in what they do, & feel a sense of involvement & self-worth. Continually inform and involve all relevant personnel in the exchange of information necessary to ensure alignment to current and future objectives.
• Innovation/Improvement - encourage the active participation of all staff in improvement activities. Manage the development and implementation of projects to enable the achievement of factory KPI's, utilising continuous improvement techniques.
• Technical Leadership - manage manufacturing team to facilitate "one" team operational standards. With support from the factory engineer manage the recruitment and training development of the maintenance team to effectively and safely deliver their objectives
