HR Assistant

This role is a temp to perm role and for the right person it will be a great opportunity to make a mark and be given the autonomy to make a difference to the organisations HR practices.The role will report into the Finance department and this will be a stand alone HR role with support from the wider business. To be successful you must be able to work on your own initiative and have a flair for HR.

Who we're looking for
The right candidate will have a good knowledge and competence in the area of generic human resource management and administration.
High level interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Creative problem solving ability.
Ability to work on own initiative.
An appropriate level of experience in the use of IT systems including word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, internet and intranet access, tables and statistical presentation.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
A degree level qualification or equivalent qualification to at least NVQ level 4 standard.
