The financial accountant role will include:
• Co-ordination of Statutory Accounts preparation for legal entities and filing thereof. Including FRS17 and FRS20;
• Liaison with auditors for all companies;
• Tax returns and payments- development with advisors, provision of detailed analysis, extraction of data from SAP/Office;
• Communication of tax to US- Foreign Tax Credit Questionnaires;
• Senior Accounting Officer documentation and advice;
• Supporting the business on all areas of taxation, VAT, PAYE, Duties and CT- Critical friend to rest of business;
• Recommending and controlling dividend plans and execution;
• Sarbanes-Oxley advisor, testing and reviewer;
• Supervision of treasury and tax related functions;
• Supporting the Budget and Planning process;
• Supporting Monthly financial closing and analysis of results;
• Commercial and business ad-hoc process reviews;
• Coaching commercial partners in tax and finance;
• IFRS implementation;
• Pension reporting;
• Supporting the Controllers and FD to provide a first class finance function.

Who we're looking for
• Qualified ACA;
• IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge (US GAAP- useful but not essential);
• Planning, Prioritising & Achieving Results;
• Interpersonal Skills - Personal Accountability and Relationship Building;
• Communication Skills;
• Customer Focus.
