Sourcing Manager - Marketing (FTC)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced purchasing professional with an in-depth understanding of strategic sourcing and supplier management. You will be responsible for devising, developing and implementing tailored procurement strategies and procedures and also for providing senior level guidance. You will also be required to:

• Provide competitive advantage through leadership in Sourcing and Vendor Management activities
• Provide supply chain leadership and commercial management for agreed global sourcing categories
• Minimise commercial and legal risk across all areas within remit
• Lead the development and management of global sourcing strategies for all sourcing groups within remit.
• Actively review, articulate and deliver, on an ongoing basis, opportunities for outsourcing or in-sourcing core processes.

Who we're looking for
You will be familiar with world class sourcing tools and techniques combined with experience of Project and operational management. You will be an excellent negotiator and have previous experience of managing a large spend within a complex blue chip organisation. You will have experience in Marketing service procurement and contract negotiation, with event and hospitality sourcing also. You will possess the relevant communication skills and be comfortable reporting to and engaging with senior stakeholders, both internal and external.
