Accountancy Practice

As Director of small business services you will be involved in working with SME and Ltd company clients. You will manage and develop your team, advocating continuous improvement and maintaining a high level view while also offering a "hands on" approach. You will be a key point of contact for the board of directors and you will be involved in maintaining and building a portfolio of clients. This role, based in Hertfordshire, is suited to someone who wants to be involved in the management of a team and in providing senior level tax advice to both clients and colleagues.

Who we're looking for
The successful director of small business services will meet the following specification:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Technical accountancy qualification such as ACCA or CTA
• Extensive experience working within a practice environment
• Good communication skills
• Experience within leading and developing a team

About our client
My client is a top 50 practice based in Hertfordshire.

What's on offer
The salary range is £40,000 to £60,000, depending on experience. There is also a car allowance.
