This exciting position has been newly created for a talented individual to join the Finance Development Programme with the view to a vast track career into a Financial Controller or Finance Director position. Who we're looking for
We are looking for a Qualified ACA/ACMA/ACCA accountant who stands out from the crowd, has a strong academic background and a tenacity for business. This role will not be for the faint hearted and you will need to have the personality and integrity to hold your own and challenge business leaders while gaining credibility. While being a strong communicator you will also possess the ability to listen, develop and take on board a complex industry and a demanding work environment.
Your background could either be an ACA candidate looking for their their first role into industry or be an ACMA/ACCA qualifier who have already started their career in a similar environment. This opportunity is more about your personality and desire to succeed.
It is essential that you are flexible on location as your first two years will be based in either Nottingham or Hereford.This is designed to give you a wider scope of the organisation as a whole and put you in a strong position to be a Controller/Director in the business.
