The Marketing Manager's responsibilities will include: • Develop the Community concept • Social Media Management • Manage the experiential strategy linked to media output • Provide linkage and manage the Hospitality Managers on site with property activity • Provide linkage and improved conversion of marketing & lettings activity. • Support Lettings in direct relationships • Attend trade fairs (UK & Overseas) • Support international activity and brand awareness campaigns • Develop brand partnership for lifestyle / commerce / education / career • Host monthly forums to gauge feedback on performance • Develop and maintain an on-line portal, with interactive community interests. • Develop and maintain 'Road-show' campaigns across targeted authorities • Promote wellbeing, green and environmental issues as best practice. • Create a lasting impression amongst consumers and improving products sales and market shares. • Monitor market trends and links with advertising and marketing activities. • Assist with the conceptualisation of core strategies to increase awareness and development of the proposition and ensure compliance with all outputs.
Who we're looking for
The Marketing Manager will be required to have the following: • Relevant degree in Marketing or Business • A CIM Qualification would be advantageous • Strong background in Marketing as well as experience in PR • Excellent verbal and written, communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent computer skills • Have good analytical skills • Have an instinctive feeling about future products / concepts • Be passionate and enthusiastic about the product • Be a good listener who is able to respond to feedback.
