You will; • Work with individual Product teams to identify requirements and develop a robust mobile customer experience / journey proposition for selected products • Develop proposals about services and new initiatives. • Ensure provision of complete and appropriately administered assigned mobile services in support of business goals. • Lead the development of relevant business documentation working with relevant departments & Product teams including, but not limited to BRD's, AFE's, RFP's • Liaise with internal functions to ensure mobile services are delivered in accordance with agreed processes and specifications • Monitor services levels with developers / providers and identify and lead areas for improvement. Resolve any specific service issues. • Lead the selection and appointment of new suppliers. • Provide ongoing analysis of the mobile marketplace including identifying opportunities especially with respect to new trends and developments. • Provide ongoing analysis of organisations and products competing with assigned product set managed.
Who we're looking for
Of degree calibre you will have; • Product management experience, business-to-business experience is important and exposure to membership product marketing would be a distinct advantage. • Experience of Product lifecycle, from concept to product launch. • Proven successful track record in dynamic, fast-growth and customer-driven organisation, where innovation is central to the business. • Experience of working within the banking, insurance and financial services industry, and demonstrable knowledge of the opportunities presented by the mobile. • Proven experience of successful project management . • Familiar with financial modelling. • Experience of procuring and managing supplier contracts and relationships. • Attention to detail • A personal interest in mobile technologies, and a champion of mobile engagement opportunities • Excellent relationship skills - both internal & external • Proven negotiation skills
