As the Business Process Outsourcing Senior Sourcing Manager you will lead in the sourcing process of high value BPO services to yield cost savings / spend reduction, while maintaining appropriate levels of quality, governed by contracts that minimize risk.
Working as part of a Global Sourcing organisation, the Senior Sourcing Manager will work with equivalent peers in Chicago and London to drive best of breed results. The individual will be expected to pick up and interpret multiple categories of data including banking, IT and business process.

Who we're looking for
As the successful Business Process Outsourcing Senior Sourcing Manager you will have the following:

• Degree
• Experience of either BPO, outsourcing, offshoring, or near-shoring within a best practice procurement function.
• Have the ability to independently manage teams of internal category / subject-matter experts through the strategic sourcing process, regardless of the specific industry the purchase is associated with, for levels of transactions of above average complexity.
• Experience of developing strategic processes, challenge status quo and delivering key improvements to organisations.
• Experience in the financial services or professional service industries would be highly advantageous
